BAS Bright is a registered business name of All About T Pty Ltd (ABN 57 698 094 585, ACN 698 094 585). These Terms form an agreement between the user and All About T Pty Ltd trading as BAS Bright.
Using BAS Bright
You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure and use the website lawfully. You are responsible for reviewing transaction entries, classifications, GST treatments and estimates.
Educational estimates
BAS Bright provides educational tools and estimates. It does not lodge BAS statements and does not replace advice from a registered tax agent, BAS agent, accountant, lawyer or financial adviser.
Payments and access
BAS Assist is offered as a one-off payment for quarter access unless otherwise stated at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Any refund rights available under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
User records
Users should retain independent copies of invoices, receipts, transaction records and downloaded reports. BAS Bright is not a substitute for a complete accounting or statutory record-keeping system.
Accountant marketplace
Directory information assists users to identify professionals. Users must independently confirm registrations, qualifications, fees and suitability. BAS Bright does not guarantee the work or advice of listed professionals.
Availability and changes
Features may be corrected, updated, suspended or changed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every estimate will be complete or error-free.
