What a BAS reports

A business activity statement is used to report selected tax obligations to the Australian Taxation Office. Depending on the registration, it can include GST, PAYG withholding and PAYG instalments.

Common GST labels

Common labels include G1 total sales, G2 export sales, G3 other GST-free sales, G10 capital purchases, G11 non-capital purchases, 1A GST on sales and 1B GST credits.

Estimate before lodging

BAS Bright can organise transactions and provide an estimate. Always compare the estimate with accounting records and the ATO form before lodging.
