Who operates BAS Bright
BAS Bright is a registered business name of All About T Pty Ltd (ABN 57 698 094 585, ACN 698 094 585). In this policy, “BAS Bright”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to All About T Pty Ltd trading as BAS Bright.

We may collect account details, contact information, BAS transaction records, saved estimates, professional directory enquiries, waitlist submissions and technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide website features, save user records, process access payments, respond to enquiries, route professional referrals, prevent misuse and improve the service.
Service providers
WordPress and the hosting provider process website and account data. Stripe processes payment information. BAS Bright does not receive or store complete card numbers. Other providers may process email, security, backup and analytics data when those services are enabled.
Storage and security
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Users should use a strong unique password and retain their own copies of important business records.
Access and correction
You may request access to or correction of personal information by emailing Contact@basbright.com.au. Legal retention, security and operational requirements may affect what can be deleted.
Professional enquiries
Information submitted through the accountant marketplace may be shared with suitable participating professionals so they can respond to the enquiry.
Overseas processing
Some hosting, payment, email, security or analytics providers may process information outside Australia. The locations involved depend on the providers enabled for the website and their infrastructure.

Send a written privacy complaint to Contact@basbright.com.au. We will review the concern and aim to respond within a reasonable period. You may also have the right to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
